1. What the warranty covers
The warranty applies to service work completed by Narra Services, including aircon, appliance, electrical, CCTV, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, and coffee machine work. It covers labor only: the cost of our technician checking, redoing, or correcting work that fails because of the way it was carried out, such as a leak from a connection we made, wiring we installed coming loose, or a repaired fault returning.
Parts, materials, and replacements are not covered and are paid for by the client, including parts we installed during the original job. Before we replace anything, we will tell you the cost and ask for your approval. Where a part has its own manufacturer or supplier warranty, we will help you make that claim.
The warranty covers the specific work listed on your receipt or service details, not the whole unit. If we repaired one fault, a different, unrelated fault that appears later is a new service request.
2. When it starts and how long it lasts
The warranty starts on the day the work is completed and lasts 60 calendar days. Please contact us within those 60 days. A warranty repair does not restart the 60-day period, but the repaired work stays covered until the original period ends.
3. What is not covered
- Faults in parts of the unit or wiring that we did not work on, or wear and tear from normal use.
- Damage from power surges, brownouts, lightning, flooding, fire, pests, or other events outside our control.
- Misuse, accidents, or using the unit against the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Work that has been opened, adjusted, moved, or repaired by someone other than Narra Services after our visit.
- The cost of parts, materials, refrigerant, or replacement units, whether supplied by us or by the customer.
- Work affected by parts or materials the customer supplied.
- Problems we told you about and recommended fixing, but that you chose not to have repaired.
- Routine maintenance, such as aircon cleaning becoming due again, or filters that need regular cleaning.
- Check-up or diagnosis visits where no repair was carried out. The diagnosis itself is not a repair, but any repair we then complete is covered.
4. How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us at +63 956 991 9499 or inquiry@narraservices.com, Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Tell us your name, service address, the date of the service, and what is happening. Photos or a short video help us prepare.
- Please stop using the unit if it is unsafe, for example if it sparks, smells of burning, or leaks onto electrical outlets.
- We will contact you to arrange a re-check visit. We aim to respond within one business day.
Please contact us before asking anyone else to work on the unit, as outside repairs can make it harder for us to find the cause and may affect your claim.
5. What we will do
Our technician will check the unit. If the problem is covered, we will redo or correct the work with no labor charge. If parts or materials are needed, we will quote them first and you pay only for those. If we cannot fix the workmanship problem, we will refund the labor fee you paid for the affected work.
If the re-check shows the problem is not covered, we will explain why and give you a quote for any repair before doing it. The re-check visit is free when the problem is covered. If it is not covered, we will tell you before the visit whether a check-up fee applies.
6. Your rights under the law
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
The warranty applies to the unit at the address where we did the work. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. If your receipt or written quote gives different warranty details for your job, those details apply.
